Yes, we can relax those muscles for you.
But I’m far more interested in what you’re doing every single day that’s causing them to overwork in the first place.
Most frowning isn’t about stress. It’s habit.
It’s squinting because your eyes need testing. It’s leaning into your screen because you refuse to wear your glasses. It’s concentrating at the gym like you’re lifting a car. It’s reading in poor light. It’s scrolling on your phone with your brows knitted together. It’s burying your face into your pillow every night.
These things seem small. But they compound.
Hundreds of tiny contractions, repeated daily, become static lines over time.
So here’s what I actually recommend:
✅️Get your eyes tested regularly.
✅️ Raise your screens so you’re not peering down.
✅️Notice when you’re concentrating and soften your forehead.
✅️Stop reading in dim light.
✅️Relax your face at the gym, effort doesn’t need a scrunched brow.•
✅️Be mindful of how you sleep.
You have more control than you think.
If you play your part in reducing these repetitive movements, you may need less treatment. Possibly none.
Prevention will always be more powerful than correction.
And I’m here for women who want to understand their face — not just treat it.
