Hello I’m Helen, I’ve been practicing and teaching Yoga for over 20 years & Somatic Movement for nearly 10.
I offer weekly Gentle, Mindful Yoga at a slower pace to help calm and sooth the nervous system, both in person and via Zoom - Class days, times and venues in attached image.
Somatic Classes are slow focused movements connecting the mind to the sensation & feeling of movement in the body - helpful if you experience any muscular pain or tension in the neck, shoulders or lower back.
