Hello, a couple of spaces have opened up at the Somatic Movement Classes at the Ridgeway centre on a Thur 9.30 to 10.30am.

The classes focus on...discovering the key movements of the spine from the central/core muscles outwards, releasing habitually tight or imbalanced muscles in the abdomen, waist and lower back, they are small focused and deeply relaxing movements.

The cost - £7 to try a session and £28 for a monthly block of 4.

A reminder, there's a chill session on Sunday - 22nd June 9am to 11am at the Ridgeway Centre.

This session will be focused on celebrating the festival of the Summer Solstice. ☀️

Taking Care of You - the gift of self-care, these sessions are designed to be deeply relaxing, taking you through movements, pranayama/breathing practices and finally deep rest with Yoga Nidra. Helping to release held tension and soothing the whole body and central nervous system. With the option stay for a cuppa and a home made snack afterwards.

There are currently 3 spaces available. Reply to this message if you'd like to come along.

UPDATE - YOGA OUTSIDE NOT GOING AHEAD tomorrow ... weather is looking unpredictable. I'll post again soon with a date in July and hopefully it'll brighten and warm up a bit! 🤞
