Fingers crossed for a clear sky tonight to see April’s full moon – known as the budding moon or pink moon.

The moon itself may not be blushing, but the blossoms on the trees are a treat in all shades of pink.

According to Almanac.com
‘For the best view of this lovely spring moon, find an open area and watch as the moon rises just above the horizon, at which point it will appear its biggest and take on a golden hue!’

This is another way of approaching the subject we were practicing last week in class. Have a happy Saturday 🧘‍♀️😊

Yoga is about moving into stillness. There are moments when the mind will be inclined towards silence. If you notice these moments, however they arise in your practice or day, and observe them, they can be some of the deepest, peaceful and enlightening meditations you will have. The mind will rest in that silence and stillness almost effortlessly, like still water.
