This week we welcomed the team at Megan Baker House for a demonstration afternoon showcasing the use of FES in gait rehabilitation.
The team contacted Morrello following the talk our Clinical Director, Jakko, gave on the topic at the Lanyon Bowdler - Innovation After Injury conference 1 month ago.

We were very pleased to meet their wonderful team members and share our expertise, as we value our professional relationships very much at Morrello!

Today is World Parkinson’s day and we are supporting our Parkinson’s community by promoting our next social event!

This 1K walk is open to anyone who’s friend/family member or they themselves are living with Parkinson’s. The more the merrier!
All we ask is that you let us know if you’re planning to attend!

At morrello, we invite a Master’s student from a partner university in Belgium every year to spend one of their placements with us to experience working in a private Neuro Physiotherapy practice abroad.

This year we were lucky enough to have the wonderful Louise working with us for an 8 week placement. She made such a positive impression on staff and patients alike, and will be missed by us all!

We are wishing her the best with her studies and hope to see her again as her career develops into one we expect will be filled with success.

Today is FND Awareness Day 2026, and at morrello we are promoting the ‘Walk With Me For FND’ fundraiser organised by David KilBride and his family.
David is living with FND and is hosting his sponsored walk every Saturday in April from Morrello Clinic to raise money for qualifying people living with FND to access bursaries for specialist neuro physiotherapy.

Great day in Stourbridge with the team from
Fourier Rehab and Thor Assistive Technology
Going through the Morrello combination therapy protocols and how they apply to the new releases of Fourier robotics for 2026. The advanced features of the newest Fourier versions really bring the Morrello treatment protocols to life and will deliver greater outcomes for patients with neurological conditions as well as those who are in rehabilitation following limb loss.

It’s been great to have Lydia from Allard UK at Morrello today, offering our clients a Lycra sleeve measuring/fitting service for upper and lower limbs.
All patients today left Lydia’s fitting appointment feeling hopeful and very impressed by the immediate improvement they feel when wearing their fitted sleeves!

International Women’s Day at Morrello -
Emily has been coming to Morrello Clinic for physiotherapy, hydrotherapy and supported exercise for over 4 years. She is the perfect example of a woman empowered by women in her rehabilitation journey living with FND.

Every year on the last day of February, awareness is raised for all babies, children, youngsters and adults diagnosed with a rare condition

At morrello, and especially our paediatric branch, morrello mini, we support several families who are affected by a rare condition.
In recent years, genetic testing has ensured that many children have received the correct diagnosis, enabling the people around them to support them in the best way possible.

Our paediatric therapists work with many babies and children with a variety of syndromes as well as spinal muscular dystrophy.

They are all inspirational and we want them and their families to know that we see them 💜
