Meet Giselle - The Most Incredible Woman.

Some of you will know Giselle has had treatment for lymphoma several times throughout her adult life. In the spring of 2025, she had confirmation that she had relapsed again and this round required her to undergo cutting edge CAR-T therapy at the wonderful Christie Hospital in Manchester. Without this treatment and the amazing care of all the staff at The Christie, quite simply there would be no Giselle here now!

The treatment was successful and she is now both enjoying life again after a very tough year! Giselle continues to be under the care of The Christie and it is likely she will need further treatment in the future but currently, options for a curative treatment are running out.

We’ve had the honour of guiding her through her running and preparation for the London Marathon, her determination to do this marathon has been inspirational. We had the pleasure of getting her through 10 years ago, this one meant just a little bit more.
