January saw a record number of new Trusts open recruitment to the Generation study, including Isle of Wight NHS Trust!

Over 28,000 results have now been returned to families all over England and the study has surpassed 41,000 participants.

Proud to be part of the UK Antimicrobial Registry (UKAR) 🙌

In its first 20 months, UKAR has:
🔹 Engaged 29 hospital sites nationwide
🔹 Recruited 240 patients
🔹 Generated vital real world evidence on new and novel antimicrobials
🔹 Helped support the NICE subscription model beyond clinical trials

What's changing in UK Health Research?

✏️ New wording: 'Amendments' will be called 'Modifications'.
⏱️ Aligned timelines: Review and approval timelines will be updated to match those used in drug clinical trials (CTIMPs).
🔍 Transparency updates: Research registration and transparency timelines will be updated to match new clinical trials rules.
