After my undergraduate Counselling and Therapeutic practice degree at The University of South Wales I have started an online and telephone counselling service to offer more availability to those seeking help. I am an academically, ethically minded, emphatic counsellor with a passion for helping others in distress. Some of my key strengths are my communication skills, ability to assess all aspects of a situation and work collaboratively with others. I have expertise in CBT, SFBT, Person-Centered Integrative, Systemic, Gestalt, Creative Therapies, CYP and Relational Psychodynamic through my BA Counselling and Therapeutic Practice and my client work. As a graduate member of the BACP (2020) I work within their professional ethical framework and will collaboratively develop a therapeutic plan personalised to you and what you need. I am a self-employed counsellor and currently hold a position as a Lead Counsellor at TalkingZone counselling pupils in secondary school settings. Though I have skills and experience across the life span working with young people and older adults.
