A day that highlights something so important - that women’s health, whether physical, emotional, or hormonal, truly matters.

For many people, talking about what they’re going through can feel overwhelming, exhausting, or simply not the right fit, and that’s okay.

After sharing a little about my own experience with RSD, I wanted to explain more about the approach that has supported me so much.

I’ve trained in what’s often called Silent Counselling, although “counselling” doesn’t always feel like the right word for it.

It’s a gentle yet powerful way to release stress, anxiety, and stored emotional tension without needing to talk everything through.

This approach works directly with the body, using breathwork and specific points to help calm the nervous system, similar in some ways to acupuncture, but without needles.

It can be especially supportive for those who:

Struggle to put feelings into words

Feel emotionally overloaded

Carry stress or trauma in the body

Simply want space to reset and reconnect quietly

That’s not just “being busy” - it’s often your body running on stress for too long.
