For many of us with ADHD, those words cut deeper than most people realise.
When I was diagnosed, I discovered something that completely changed how I understood myself: Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD). It’s not just “being sensitive” - it can feel like intense, overwhelming emotional pain, sometimes even physical.
For so long, I thought I just needed to “toughen up.” Now I know there’s nothing wrong with feeling deeply, but there is a need for understanding, support and the right tools.
That’s why I’m creating a support hub for RSD, a space where nothing is “too much,” and you don’t have to minimise who you are.
