Main Responsibilities
The role of a healthcare assistant at Gwent cares is varied and involves an integrated approach with other healthcare professionals to provide excellent care for service users. This means, you will be:
• Providing personal care duties
• Administering medication
• Manual handling, using equipment where required
• Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full
• Flexibly work a range of shift patterns including alternate weekends

At Gwent Cares ltd we believe that our staff that go above and beyond for our service users deserve more. So we offer up to;
• £12 per hour for all care staff
• £26 per hour for all registered nurses
