So you may have noticed our very own Kirsty has been busy with continued CPD’s. After nearly 8 years with Shropshire sports massage and rehabilitation she has decided it’s time to open her own soft tissue business and I couldn’t be more proud of her. She will be with us until the end of July then she will be off on her next chapter. She will be sadly missed but as she’s been my best friend for almost 20 years I don’t think she will be going far (plus she has a key to my home) 🤣 Good luck Kirsty aka Bruce 💪🏻

This is such a cool video explaining the knee. In the clinic I have many clients come in with various knee problems so when assessing the problem you can now understand a little more of how and why we rule in/out to identify the problem. We are then able to offer the best cause of action for the client, regarding treatment and rehabilitation exercises x

Meet a client of mine, Jo !
Jo set herself a challenge of running the T50 route, she did 50miles in an amazing 11 hours 45 minutes on Saturday 3rd May ! Jo is part of Newport & district running club and helps out at the local brownies group.

Not only is Jo an absolute inspiration, she is a kind human being with a heart of gold, and has an awesome sense of humour which makes our sessions very entertaining 😆 I’m very proud of you ☺️☺️☺️
