Your role as a healthcare assistant is to provide quality care and support to vulnerable people, in nursing, residential or domiciliary care settings. As a team we work together with our clients to ensure that we provide a high level of quality care.
If you have previous experience in care, then we have the opportunity for you to build on your knowledge and better yourself. Working in different care homes and support homes throughout Gloucestershire will give you a variety of work and opportunities.
Is care new to you? If so, we do offer a training program which will give you the insight to start you off in the care industry. From there the possibilities are endless. It will give you life skills you can transfer across any job role you may find yourself in the future.
You will be responsible for supporting individuals to eat and drink, using equipment, such as hoist’s, with minimal supervision & deliver care as instructed within individual personal care plans. You will also be providing personal care those who need it.

OneTeam Healthcare are looking for reliable and experienced Healthcare assistants with current up to date training and an enhance DBS to join our team!!

We are looking for dedicated individuals who can make a difference in the lives of those they are going to support within the establishments we work alongside.

We offer both days and nights (wakeful) If you are a kind and compassionate HCA that would like to pick up extra shifts alongside your current job or would like to work for us as bank, or even as part time staff, we are happy to welcome you. We are looking for a wide range of people who can work a mixture of weekdays and weekends.
