'Letters to heaven' memorial post box has been installed at our crematorium. We hope that it will help bring comfort to many people in our community who are grieving the loss of their loved one.

Covid-19!
We would like to reassure all of our customers that the funerals are not currently affected by Covid-19 unfortunately the memorials have been affected we are unable to erect memorials in the cemeteries as they are all locked down and we are only able to gain access for funeral.
We at Griffith Memorials are still working from our head office only. Leanne Griffith is available Monday to Friday from 9.30 to 4pm to answer any calls to reassure customers that their existing orders are still ongoing. Unfortunately, we cannot give a lead time on the erecting of memorials until further notice from the government and local authorities, but our office services are not affected.
If you require a new memorial, additional inscription please call Leanne on 01443 684450 and Leanne will arrange a skype, Face time, zoom call with you or will continue with emailing you details.
As all our materials are imported from India, China, and other countries that are affected by this horrific virus. This is now going to effect the length of time memorials will take to order so to that end if wish to place your order call Leanne and we will start the process early to eliminate the waiting time the best we can. All Orders placed during this period only require a 25% deposit until the arrival of your memorial this is to help families through these difficult times
We will be following Government guidelines and will keep you informed of any changes implemented to our industry.

If someone had told us 4-6 weeks ago we would be sending our team out to bring someone in the community into our care dressed in full PPE clothing Not in our usual smart bespoke uniforms and we would be putting our team's life in Danger each time they went out we would have told them it's not going to happen.
Unfortunately this is the sad Reality of our lives as funeral directors in today's world. Again Unfortunately over the last 4-6 weeks we have had to do this & we are risking the lives of 2 of our team as we have and continue to do this to help and support the Families and the community that need our assistance to care for their loved ones that they intrust us to care for & look after during this sad & difficult time.
Its something we are not comfortable with at all but families rely & need us. And we will continue to do this with utmost dignity and professionalism that we can possibly provide at these sad, difficult and trying times. As we are committed to helping & supporting families & caring for their loved ones. We will never let any of our families down.
