Sound meditation ceremonies, sound therapy, chakra healing, holistic massage therapy, tusboki face massage, magnified healing, wellness plans. I'm Louise, a fully qualified and insured holistic healer and a member of the Complementary Therapists' Association. I offer sound therapy, holistic full body massage, tsuboki face massage, energy healing and shiatsu chair massage. It's usualy just me providing appointments but I do work closely with other therapists to offer bespoke, tailored sessions for groups , couples and one to one.

Anyone else relate?

I came to sound and holistic therapies as I was navigating complex and multiple traumatic events. Finding sound therapy for myself about 15 years ago and training as a holistic massage therapist was the start of a long process to heal myself, which is an ongoing but now more beautiful experience and one that I can now use to support my clients on their process.

Packing up to do something a bit different at P*P Cardiff this afternoon.
I did a workshop at Kenny’s Vinyl Vault where as a group we tuned in to the instruments and created a sound meditation together, so am adapting that to do with the lovely people at P*P.
Excited for our collective sound therapy experience!
