Professional Post-Treatment Advice

✅ DO’S – Recommended Aftercare ✅️

Remain upright for a minimum of 4 hours following treatment to help prevent unwanted product movement.

Gently activate the treated muscles (e.g., raising eyebrows, frowning, smiling) during the first hour to support optimal product placement.

Use a cool compress if you experience minor swelling or bruising — ensure it is applied lightly with no pressure.

Stay well-hydrated and maintain healthy habits to support overall skin quality and treatment results.

Use gentle skincare products — you may cleanse your face the same evening with mild, non-irritating formulations.

Attend any scheduled review appointment (typically around 2 weeks post-treatment) so your practitioner can assess your results.

Allow time for the treatment to take full effect, which may occur gradually over 3–14 days.

❌ DON’TS – Things to Avoid After Treatment ❌️

Do not lie down or bend forward for at least 4 hours post-procedure.

Avoid touching, rubbing, or applying pressure to the treated areas for 24 hours.

Refrain from facials, facial massages, or intensive skincare treatments for 7 days.

Avoid applying makeup to the treated areas for 6–8 hours.

Do not exercise or engage in strenuous activity for 24–48 hours.

Avoid heat exposure — including saunas, steam rooms, and sunbeds — for 48 hours.

Avoid alcohol for 24 hours, as it may increase the likelihood of bruising.

Do not be concerned if you notice slight bumps or minor bruising, as these are common and temporary.

Hey Everyone,

I need to reiterate an important policy & a heartfelt request! 😔

If you have recently had dermal filler or toxin treatments with Laura at The Foreveryou Collection, please do not book with me.

I am unable to treat you, and these appointments take up time that could be offered to clients I can safely work with. This policy has always been part of my business.

I also want to address something that continues to happen and has become quite hurtful.

Hearing “I couldn’t get in with Laura so I booked with Lauren” makes me feel like a second choice, and as a small business owner, that’s incredibly upsetting.

I am a practitioner in my own right. I have built this business completely on my own — investing thousands into training, courses, insurance, stock, countless sleepless nights, stress, and tears. I’ve worked unbelievably hard for the past two years, often from 7am until midnight, to make my dream a reality.

Because of that, I do not appreciate being treated as a backup option — I would genuinely rather you didn’t book at all.

Today, I lost a significant amount of income because clients arrived and only then informed me that they are under Foreveryou-Aesthetics.

The moment I’m told this, I ethically must turn you away. When this keeps happening, it impacts my business deeply. If it continues, I may have no choice but to relocate — something I absolutely do not want to do.

Today has been yet another difficult and discouraging day.

From this point forward:

If you choose to be treated by me, you stay with me. If you choose to be treated by Laura, you stay with Laura.

Switching back and forth between practitioners not only creates complications, but it also places an unfair strain on my small business — especially when I’m competing with an established clinic with 10+ years and thousands of clients.

If you were treated by Laura years ago and now wish to be treated by me instead, that is absolutely fine — just let both myself and Laura know so your records and instructions are clear. However, please understand: there will be no switching back and forth. ❌️

Sorry for the rant, but today has really left me upset. 💔
