📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT CELEBRATING GROWTH AT ULTRA CARE!!!

Today we are proud to celebrate an incredible journey of dedication, growth, and opportunity within Ultra Care Health Professionals.

Patience Ebule joined us in December 2023 as a student with no previous care background. Through determination, commitment to training, and genuine compassion for our service users, she quickly established herself as a valued member of the team.

Her hard work did not go unnoticed. In October 2024, Patience was promoted to Senior Carer and in the same year she was proudly awarded Employee of the Year, based on outstanding feedback from the people we support.

In October 2025, Patience took the next step in her journey and began training as a Trainee Care Coordinator. After successfully completing five months of intensive training, we are delighted to announce that Patience Ebule is now officially appointed as a Care Coordinator at Ultra Care Health Professionals.

This is a powerful example of what is possible when dedication meets opportunity.

Congratulations Patience your journey inspires us all. We wish you every success in your new role.

Today was a truly heart-warming day for our team. 🎂💐

We had the absolute pleasure of celebrating a very special milestone with the lovely Evelyn, who has just turned 100 years young! What an incredible life achievement.

Being able to share moments like this with the wonderful people we support is what makes domiciliary care so special. Seeing Evelyn surrounded by smiles, kindness and celebration made the day unforgettable for everyone involved.

In the midst of the heavy snowfall in Blaenavon, we were reminded just how incredible our community truly is.

A huge thank you to John and James, who came to the rescue with his 4x4 when the roads became unsafe and difficult to navigate. Because of his kindness and willingness to help, our carers were able to continue reaching vulnerable clients who rely on essential support.

We are also so proud of our amazing care team, who went above and beyond during the severe weather. Despite the challenging and unsafe conditions, they remained committed to ensuring every client’s needs were met, providing not only practical support but reassurance and compassion when it was needed most.

Moments like these show the true spirit of community — people coming together, stepping up, and making sure no one is left without care.
