A special thank you to two of our team for going above and beyond. While attending a routine call to support one of our lovely ladies, they were faced with an unexpected situation when her husband became unwell and needed immediate support. Their compassion, dedication, and calm response ensured his wellbeing and provided reassurance during a difficult moment.

Acts like these never go unnoticed by families or colleagues, and we want them to know just how truly valued and appreciated they are. Their kindness, professionalism, and commitment make such a difference to the people we support each day. A small gesture of flowers was the least we could do to say thank you for all that they do.

Today we are sending very special birthday wishes to Diane, who is celebrating her 90th birthday! 🎂💐

Although Diane is currently in hospital, we still wanted to make sure her milestone birthday was recognised and celebrated. Reaching 90 years is an incredible achievement and Diane truly deserves to feel extra special today. 🥳

We would also like to say a big thank you to the wonderful staff at the Royal Gwent Hospital for the care, kindness and support they are providing. Your hard work and compassion mean so much to the people you look after and their families. 💙

📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT CELEBRATING GROWTH AT ULTRA CARE!!!

Today we are proud to celebrate an incredible journey of dedication, growth, and opportunity within Ultra Care Health Professionals.

Patience Ebule joined us in December 2023 as a student with no previous care background. Through determination, commitment to training, and genuine compassion for our service users, she quickly established herself as a valued member of the team.

Her hard work did not go unnoticed. In October 2024, Patience was promoted to Senior Carer and in the same year she was proudly awarded Employee of the Year, based on outstanding feedback from the people we support.

In October 2025, Patience took the next step in her journey and began training as a Trainee Care Coordinator. After successfully completing five months of intensive training, we are delighted to announce that Patience Ebule is now officially appointed as a Care Coordinator at Ultra Care Health Professionals.

This is a powerful example of what is possible when dedication meets opportunity.

Congratulations Patience your journey inspires us all. We wish you every success in your new role.

Today was a truly heart-warming day for our team. 🎂💐

We had the absolute pleasure of celebrating a very special milestone with the lovely Evelyn, who has just turned 100 years young! What an incredible life achievement.

Being able to share moments like this with the wonderful people we support is what makes domiciliary care so special. Seeing Evelyn surrounded by smiles, kindness and celebration made the day unforgettable for everyone involved.

A big thank you to our amazing carers who helped make Evelyn’s birthday so meaningful. Your compassion and dedication shine through in moments like these.
