Wunda Chair love ❤️
I’ll be honest - the majority of my self practice is mostly fundamental and intermediate exercises. I try to practice five times a week, even if just for 15 minutes, and usually to have time for me looking after my body. I’m not trying to impress or achieve anything visually spectacular, I just want to tweak my body to feeling as good as I can.
However, every now and then I throw in something advanced to keep challenging myself and progressing. The Wunda Chair is always great for this and incredibly humbling every time I use it. Today I decided to work on Handstand curtesy of the programme 🥵
In my head I’m screaming SHOULDERS and PLANTAR FLEX!!!!
