What a fantastic London trip I’ve just had!
I had the opportunity to learn from the incredible with her training course Pilates for Menopause.
A wonderful course filled with information and knowledge to help support women through the menopause and how as Pilates teachers we can help.
Ashley is truly amazing and I feel honoured to have had this opportunity.

As always, it was a pleasure to be at and get to do a few fantastic classes to keep up my practice. Thank you ❤️

It’s nine years since I officially opened the doors of here in Newport!
It has flown by so quickly, filled with highs and lows. I believe I have achieved nearly everything that I wanted to with my initial ten year plan, including becoming a comprehensive Pilates studio, specialising in injuries and pathologies and getting to run wellbeing retreats!
I have so much more planned for the future and I need to write another ten year plan 😂
For those that know me, you will be aware that my business is my life. I am never content, continuously grateful and always striving to be better.
Thank you to everyone who believes in me, supports me and allows my passion to continue and flourish.
