The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan is simple and it works! We offer amazing one-to-one support, amazing products and tailored plans to suit dieters from all walks of life.

We work from our Home Office Weight Loss Clinic in Newport and Weight Loss Clinic in Newport High Street, as well as mobile appointments by arrangement. The clincs are well stocked and equipped with Medical Grade Scales and Body Composition Analyser. We accept payment by debit/credit card and of course, cash!

Kates story: In 2007, I was at rock bottom, wondering where to turn. I was overweight and miserable.

I lost THREE STONE and could fit into size 10/12 clothes for the first time since my teens. But the change wasn’t just physical. Since losing weight with CWP I’ve become more confident, my self-esteem is bubbling and I’m a happy and healthy woman. I’m happy with who I am !

In the ten years I’ve worked as a CWP Independent Consultant, I’ve seen hundreds of people turn their lives around. I’m happy to help YOU too. Losing weight improves your health and your mental well-being. Because I’ve been through the journey, I understand and I’m here to help.
