So in a moment of stupidity after jeffing my way round dash in the dark, I (Viki) was convinced by a couple of crazy people not to defer my great south run place and give it a go anyway! I’m not fit….its not going to be fast or pretty, but figured someone should benefit from my stupidity! Had 2 amazing days at Wolverton Manor with the dynamic 4: Steve, Kevin, Leah and Helen. Weather held out and was hot and glorious. Gave out over 160 free goodie bags which equates to that amount of people who popped in for free spine checks, chats, massages and information about the centre and Pilates classes. Lots of previous, current and new patients and clients popped in to make it a very rewarding and successful event. Thanks also to Elisha and the Wolverton team for all of their support and assistance 🙏
