Exercise is a huge passion of mine and has lead me to become a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer and subsequently personal trainer. People have given me this question;

Why should I pick you over other personal trainers based in Cardiff? The simple answer and most important is.....

That I care a lot about those whom I train and want to Improve clients live's beyond what they thought was possible. Weather it be to lose weight, look better naked (who doesn't?) or preform better in sport then I'm 100% committed to getting your goal. Additionally I have a broad range of experience (see Qualifications below) and I'm constantly adding to this via professional development to enhance my clients overall experience. Qualifications:

Burpees (pick your number)!

3 repetitions for a beginner
5 repetitions for intermediate
7/10 repetitions for advanced

Alternating chair step ups (pick your number)

10 (5Left 5Right)for those not exercised in a while
12 (6Left 6 Right) for intermediate athletes
