Quick movement screen & check-in with our Chiro Claire today 👏

Over 2 months into joining the team now, so it was about time she was put under the microscope by Jake! Always good to get a bit of a body check-in and practise what we preach 😉

Claire has fitted into the team brilliantly already, and we’ve had lots of great feedback 🙌

A great evening with Abi talking all things rider biomechanics 🐎👏

Brilliant to see so many riders keen to better understand how their movement, posture and strength influence what’s happening in the saddle.

We’ve got some exciting follow up options coming that we know you’re going to love - keep your eyes peeled, we’ll be revealing more later this week 👀

A big welcome to Claire, the newest member of the RMA team! 👋

Claire is a fantastic diversified chiropractor that also provides sports massage and medical acupuncture. She will be a brilliant addition to the chiropractic care we offer alongside Abi, and a huge boost to the services we can offer our patients overall.

Keep an eye out for more about Claire soon… but for now, Welcome!! ✨

Return to sport is about far more than just “getting back on the pitch.”Progress needs to be planned, objective, and sport specific.. with the player fully involved at every stage. Clear communication, honest feedback, and trust in the process are what allow recovery to be both safe and efficient. Huge credit to Jimmy for the work he’s put in throughout rehab. Consistent, committed, and patient with the process. This next stage is about building confidence, resilience, and performance so the return isn’t just quick, but optimal.

Merry Christmas, everyone! 🎄✨ Wishing you joy, good health, and plenty of festive cheer! #2025

The RMA Story...

RMA was established on the Isle of Wight in 2014. Since then, the clinic has grown from strength to strength and is now situated in a fantastic setting in central Newport. Jake (Clinic Director), has always had an aptitude for helping others and a real passion for health and fitness, so it was always a straightforward decision to practice in this profession.

The RMA team frequently enjoy attending workshops and seminars to make sure their knowledge and practical skills are kept up to date, ensuring patients are receiving the best quality of care required to recover and achieve results.

Jake has had the pleasure of working for Official Sports Services with both the All Blacks and the Wallabies during the Rugby World Cup 2015. More recently, Jake has worked with teams at the Women's Cricket World Cup, and also with both the England Rugby Union squad and the South African Cricket team.

“Having the opportunity to help others overcome persistent pain, turn negativity into positivity, correct bad movement habits, and to help people rebuild from injuries to achieve their goals is a job that I will never get tired of ”.
