🚨 PLEASE READ 🚨

Yesterday we drove from Newport to Swansea to support a client after a traumatic emergency incident involving CPR.

💔 A young person collapsed.
⚡ Staff reacted immediately.
🫁 CPR was started.
🚑 Emergency services attended.

Thankfully… the young person survived. ❤️

But what people don’t always see is what happens after the incident.

The adrenaline wears off.
The doubts creep in.
“Did we do it right?”
“Could we have done more?”

The client asked us to come in and speak with the team — not to assess them. Not to criticise. Not to audit paperwork.

🗣️ But to talk.
🤝 To reassure.
💚 To remind them they acted quickly and professionally.
✅ To tell them they did well.

And they truly did.
