I had been living with childhood trauma for 70 years which affected me in so many ways. Then I met Mandy Sellers.

Sceptical at first but thought I would go into this session with an open opinion. The session went well and I was given a recording to remind me about the session and directions how to use this.
Just a couple of weeks after the session and I really do feel free of a lot of what was holding me back. Its not been all plain sailing but definitely much better. When I do struggle a little, it is quite weird, the negative thoughts are there, but in they stay in the background and positive thoughts outweigh them hands down. I am more calm and there certainly has been no tears of frustration or overthinking.
