Be prepared to be blown away …
This amazing lady stepped foot into my group 1 year ago … and when I say stepped foot…I mean shook from head to toe, zero confidence, not a word to anyone and suffering from anxiety big time. She was missing out in life, not going to events, not leaving the house, too scared to go to her kids concerts - all because her self esteem was so low after having her last baby.
To say Im proud, is a bit of an understatement… Im proud of every one of my members every week actually - but theres something about Zoe Powell ‘s sheer determination that has blown my mind.
Not only battling eating habits, making changes, dropping the lbs… she was dealing with every day anxiety challenges and bringing up her babies as an amazing mummy.
With incredible support from home, and incredible support from the 7.30am group (and her buddy Sam Harrhy) - She is now a TARGET 🎯 MEMBER … receiving her 6 stone award yesterday morning!!
Going from a size 16-18 to a size 12
Going from house bound to driving herself places!!
And going from no confidence to standing at the front with me yesterday to receive her Target badge ⭐
Zo … I hope you know how incredible you are, and how much you have / and will carry on inspiring everyone!!!

✨🍗 3 Top Tips for a Slimming-Friendly Sunday Roast 🍗✨

1️⃣ Load up on lean meats 🥩🍗 – Think juicy chicken, turkey or lean beef… all the flavour, none of the guilt!

2️⃣ Veggie mountain incoming 🥦🥕🥔 – The more colours on your plate, the better. Roast, steam, mash – just make sure you pile it high! 🌈
