Wishing everyone a very happy and magical 2026 💖

I’ve had a lovely quiet Christmas with my family 🥰 looking forward to being back in my treatment room for some study time tomorrow and clients from Friday. January appointments are filling up fast so make sure you give me a message soon if you want to book in.

If you are looking for a beautiful, professional space to work from in 2026 I’ve got some availability for renting my treatment room on the days I’m elsewhere teaching dance and piano or with my family…

It’s a really wonderful space to work from and rent starts from just £4.50/hour

These are the current times you can choose from (minimum 3hrs/week):

Mondays all day

Tuesdays 4-9pm

Thursdays all day
Fridays 3-9pm

Saturdays 3-9pm

Sundays 8am-2pm and 6:30-9:30pm

10 years of Craniosacral! 🎉🥳🎂. It’s 10 years this month since I did my first ever Craniosacral course with the wonderful Jill Aldis .aldis_cst 🥳
I started my treatment room at the 4 years ago with no regular clients after the lockdowns and it’s steadily grown to now having a waiting list every week 🙏😊
Thank you to all of my wonderful clients and everyone who has been spreading the word about Craniosacral therapy! 😀 And for their amazing training 🥰 📸 Kelly Crook 😊 💙

New treatment room availability and lovely new massages! 💫…

One of the amazing therapists at my treatment room is off on adventures elsewhere so there are some new times available to rent weekly:

Mondays 8am-2pm and 6:30-9:30pm

Tuesdays 4-9pm

Thursdays all day (from November)
Fridays 3-9pm

Saturdays 3-9pm (from November)

Sundays 8am-2pm and 6:30-9:30pm

Client review 🥰 “I have had a bad episode of sciatic pain in the last few months with related tendon inflammation that caused a lot of discomfort, especially at night. Pain killers, anti-inflammatory medication and physiotherapy made very little difference. One single cranio-sacral session reduced the night pain immediately and after two follow up sessions I have been almost totally pain free. The sessions seem to have a beneficial effect not just to the areas of pain but to my entire well-being”

I work with a lot of people with nervous system issues and feeling how nervous systems change during a treatment is one of my favourite parts of CranioSacral Therapy 🥰

Here’s what research says about how CST can potentially help support the nervous system:

🔹 Enhances parasympathetic activity
Studies using heart rate variability (HRV) show CST can significantly increase high-frequency HRV, a marker of vagal (parasympathetic) tone (Matarán-Peñarrocha et al., 2011; Jäkel & von Hauenschild, 2011).

🔹 Reduces sympathetic overdrive
CST decreases the dominance of the sympathetic nervous system (“fight or flight”), helping to lower stress hormone levels, reduce tension, and support deep relaxation (Upledger & Vredevoogd, 1983).

🔹 Regulates the vagus nerve
Gentle techniques like occipital decompression may influence the vagus nerve—a key player in stress recovery, digestion, and emotional regulation (Sills, 2011; Rosenblum, 2023).

🔹 Supports trauma-informed healing
By improving nervous system regulation, CST has shown promise in addressing trauma-related symptoms such as anxiety, insomnia, and PTSD (Jäkel et al., 2020).

Nervous system dysregulation can show up in ways you might not expect. Common conditions linked to it include:
✨ Anxiety & depression
✨ Chronic stress & burnout
✨ Insomnia
✨ IBS & digestive issues
✨ Fibromyalgia & chronic pain
✨ PTSD & trauma responses
✨ ADHD & emotional overwhelm

Suitable for massage therapists, counsellors/talking therapies, reiki, reflexology, physiotherapy and other types of healing/bodywork. (Sorry no beauticians due to building regulations)

Do you know a really nice holistic therapist who needs a beautiful professional space in Newquay to work from?

On Mondays I help run the Move Together dance sessions for women affected by cancer with the amazing Sam from

And Thursdays I teach piano all day. I am very lucky to have 3 jobs I love! 🥰

So my treatment room is available to rent on those days and also Sundays, and Tues/Fri/Sat from 3pm onwards.

You get a set weekly slot (minimum 3 hours). Discounts for having more hours/multiple slots. Message me for more info.
