We love giving our recommendations, so here’s the start of our new series where one of the Sprout team will share their current favourites.

Carlin peas are deliciously nutty and earthy.. like a cross between a chickpea and a lentil👌🏻

peanut rayu is a solid 10/10. Drizzle it on anything and everything. No notes.

olive tofu, super salty and the perfect high protein snack/meal addition.

chocolate dipped fruits and nuts. The sour cherries are heavenly!

granolas. The perfect topping for yogurt, smoothies or just as a snack straight from the bag 🤤

Join the fun THIS SUNDAY for a mega charity Social Run and after-party. All proceeds from the event go to Dementia Adventure.

Runners please register via the link. Non-runners (supporters😀) are welcome to join the party. They'll be good food, drinks and a raffle full of great prizes, donated by some incredible and very generous small independent businesses.

Authentic corn tortillas made by our friends Jamie and Carla at Pachanga restaurant and available to buy from Sprout. You need these the next time you crave Mexican night at home 🌮🌯🥑.

These are the best tortillas we have tried. Made from a mix of white and blue corn flour, vegan and naturally gluten-free (as they should be) and made less than a mile away 🥳🎉.

We like to lightly toast them in a frying pan (no oil needed) before loading them up 😋.

Of course it's always good to try before you buy, so why not get yourself a table at Pachanga to see how it's done first👌. Open Thursday -Sunday. See .hq for opening hours and booking.
