Christmas at Sprout starts tomorrow with our festive event 'sprout & sparkle' ✨. Carols, mulled wine, street food, shop offers and plenty of cheer! 😃

We are open with bells on from 6pm-9pm 🎉🎉🎅 (also during the day as usual) so why not make it part of your Newquay Christmas market and Lights Switch On (6.45pm) tour.

🏃🎥 TRAILS IN MOTION is a film festival that tours worldwide and this Sunday we have a special screening of five of the most epic trail and ultra running films at Sprout!...... In fact we have TWO SCREENINGS!

If you are a fan of fun, films and adventure then you won't want want to miss this 🧐🤠. We have a 2pm screening and a 6pm screening, sandwiching a social hour where you will get to meet like-minded people and share some tasty Indian street food and Sunday beers (soft or hot drinks also) available from the Sprout kitchen.

Tickets are £18, however, we are giving you the chance to get involved and bring a friend for free!!

A customer request for a Sprout Pot this week led to Bast digging out a recipe we haven't used for years. . . . Lemony Dal 🍋😋.
