Staying alive Cornwall is currently delivering 3 levels of mental health first aid training.
Level 1 is a 4 hour course in awareness of first aid for mental health designed to highlight how to recognise a condition and the skills to start the conversation and how to sign post the person to seek help

Level 2 full 1 day course - first aid for mental health. Suitable for everyone but aimed to help employers provide a positive mental health culture. Provides students knowledge of a range of the most common mental health conditions and how to act if suspected. Successful students will be able to be considered the First wider for Mental Health in the workplace.

Level 3 two day course - Supervising first aid for mental health . This builds on the level 2 course covering a wider range of conditions and further details support and therapies available. Suitable for those holding a supervisory/managerial role.
