We can’t wait to welcome you all back to The Zen Den, our peaceful little sanctuary overlooking the ocean.

We’re excited to share our new weekly schedule, with classes designed for all levels ... whether you’re looking to energise, restore, or simply take a moment for yourself.

Classes are available from as little as £8 with a membership, making it easier than ever to stay consistent with your practice.

Meet Robyn ....

She is an experienced teacher, studying a variety of yoga styles since 2015. She is passionate about making poses fun and accessible bringing variety and depth to each practice. Expect energising flows that will challenge you, build strength, awareness and flexibility. Whilst landing you back into your breath and body with a smile.

She will be teaching a Energising Vinyasa flow class on Saturday mornings. Starting May 2nd.

6 week mum & baby yoga course starts May 4th.
Every Monday at 10am

"A gentle, slow vinyasa class aimed at mumma’s returning to, or beginning their practice after having a baby. This class focuses on you as a mum. Developing flexibility, building strength, easing tension, and just generally inviting some movement back into the body in a gentle and supportive way. Stretch, strengthen, rest, or simply be with your baby, depending on what you need that day. This is a safe space to meet other new parents, in a supportive environment, spend time with your little one and take care of yourself at the same time.

Babies up to pre walking welcome. Mums welcome from 6 weeks postpartum, as soon as you’ve been given the all clear from your GP. Please check with your midwife or GP if you have any concerns about beginning a yoga practice.”

As the tides shift and the seasons turn, we find ourselves in the final week of The Zen Den at Watergate Bay.

This little sanctuary by the sea has been filled with stillness, laughter, movement, and connection. Each sunrise and sunset has held space for us to pause, to breathe, and to remember how deeply we belong to the rhythm of nature.

To everyone who has joined us here — thank you. Your presence, your practice, and your energy have made the Zen Den what it is. 🙏🏽

We invite you to join us for one last full week of classes before we close our doors on October 1st & reopening May 1st 2026.
