A beautiful 2 hour workshop of gentle movement, up lifting choreography, and relaxing yoga.

This is a time to bond with your baby and with your fellow mothership.

As the tides shift and the seasons turn, we find ourselves in the final week of The Zen Den at Watergate Bay.

This little sanctuary by the sea has been filled with stillness, laughter, movement, and connection. Each sunrise and sunset has held space for us to pause, to breathe, and to remember how deeply we belong to the rhythm of nature.

To everyone who has joined us here — thank you. Your presence, your practice, and your energy have made the Zen Den what it is. 🙏🏽

We invite you to join us for one last full week of classes before we close our doors on October 1st & reopening May 1st 2026.

Please note that from Wednesday 23rd July to Friday 2nd August, Zen Den visitors are kindly asked to park in the field car park opposite our usual location.
To reach the Zen Den, please allow an extra 15 minutes for the short walk along the scenic coastal footpath.

Closure Notice:
The Zen Den will be closed from 3rd to 17th August for the Boardmasters Festival.
We’ll be back at our usual spot and open as normal from Monday 18th of August.
