We are recruiting and have full and part time positions available!

Various shifts and hours available from 10 – 40 hours per week.

We cover the areas of Newquay, Crantock and St Columb Major

No experience required, as full training and support is provided, all you need is a caring nature and your own transport. Training is ongoing and all paid for, and we can help you to progress further if you so wish.

Your role would be to visit clients in their own homes, and provide them with the help and support they need which could include supporting people with personal care, nutritional needs, medication, shopping, emotional support and assistance with daily tasks.

Various rats of pay depending on qualifications and experience, but all paid to a minimum of the real living wage.
Petrol paid at 45p per mile, plus travel time and phone allowance.

No previous experience required as all training will be provided and you will be making a real difference to peoples lives.

We can offer hours from as little as 10 hours a week up to 40 hours a week
Mixture of mornings and evening shifts available, weekdays and weekend.

*Bank staff position’s available ( though must have experience for a bank staff role)

Training is ongoing, all paid for and we can help you to progress further should you so wish.

The role of a community carer includes supporting people with their personal care, medication needs, nutritional needs, shopping and assistance with daily tasks in the clients own homes.

Full PPE provided and readily available.
4 weekly pay, all rates above the minimum living wage.
Pension scheme
Mileage and travel time paid.
Example of NVQ2 rate -
Am £12.25
Pm £12.36
Weekend £12.58
( further enhanced rate for NVQ3)

Mileage paid at 45p per mile

Welcome bonus of £100
Refer a friend scheme bonus of £250!

Transport required as cover Newquay, St Columb minor, Major and Crantock
