A few private snippets from our trip to Denmark while our amazing staff are looking after the sauna and our guests….

Finally time to slow down, to sleep longer and outside, explore, swim, connect with the family, play, eat liquorice, exercise, have no tomorrow plans, and just be.

We’ve got less than two weeks at Bedruthan Steps Camping before coming back to the harbour soon, so book on, guys!!!!

2 more weeks with this crew!

Unbelievable but true- our Summer season here at is slowly coming to an end and we’ve got only 2 more weeks left here on the beautiful cliffs of Bedruthan Steps….

But we thought it’s never too late to introduce this wonderful group of people that do everything and more for you to feel happy and relaxed.

Let’s start with Vic, George and their dog Humphrey who run the campsite and who greet everyone with a big smile.
They are here to check you in and if you’ve got questions about your stay on the campsite.
Have a look at their little shop as well to find all the bits and bobs you need for a good camping trip.

Marie, Tim and their team are who will serve you fresh crepes, coffee and savoury meals in the morning and evening.

Sarah .hiki.sauna.cornwall is here for you for all things sauna. Book your communal or private session online and enjoy plunge pools, deckchairs and probably one of the best views here in Cornwall.

Meet Sarah, her dog Badger and the team from who will make your stay in the tipis very special and unforgettable with stunning views, cosy beds and even a kitchen trailer to make food and cups of tea.

To complete your day wander down to Kathy and Matt from to enjoy some delicious pizzas and currys. Best to book online to avoid empty tummies.

We are very excited that Jade is going to join us for an evening of sauna, soundbath and treats.

You’re invited to use the sauna for 1.5hrs in your own time and rhythm…enjoying the calming benefits of hot and cold, the cliff views, wind on your skin and the grass beneath your feet.
Rehydrate with warm herbal tea and snack on fresh fruits and some dates.

Then Jade will come and guide you to the lotus tent (next to the sauna) where she will take you on a sound journey. Whilst you are lying on the floor, cosy and snuggled up with lots of layers, she will not only use her magical instruments but also her angelic voice that will leave you fully relaxed and present.

Come and try this perfect combination of heat and sound to pause and reset after a few busy weeks of Summer holidays.

WHAT AN EVENING…!

Still can’t believe how special our social event was last Friday!

So many amazing souls turned up to sauna, dance, to enjoy some colourful and delicious food, to connect with others or just simply to relax and be….resting on the grass or deck chairs.

What an evening….

Just perfect.

Sun, laughter, deep conversations, small talk, sweat, feet on the grass, happy tummies and dizzy brains.

And what we loved the most was that everyone contributed by making food, bringing rosemary and sage whisks from their garden, creating something, doing their own thing and involving others by sharing their gifts and ideas.

This is community and connection.

Sometimes, we thought, you only need to create the space and framework and others will become active and independently create something beautiful and meaningful.

What an evening. We had sore cheeks the next day from smiling for hours.

Let’s do it again soon.

We can’t believe it’s nearly August…our sauna is based on the beautiful cliffs of Bedruthan Steps Camping overlooking the ocean…and also this month we will be offering a variety of sauna experiences.

Join us in the sauna and watch the full moon rising slowly whilst sweating and dipping in and out of the sauna.

Sauna & Soundbath Journey with Jade

Relax in our sauna first and find your flow of cooling down in our bathtub and sweating in our clifftop sauna for 1.5hrs.
Then Jade will take you to the nearby lotus tent where you will be wrapped up in lots of cosy layers to be completely cosy to listen to her special soundbath. She will be using an array of instruments, combined with her beautiful angelic voice that will take you to other worlds…
There is nothing else to do than relaxing and going inwards….

🌊 First week back at Fistral 🌊

Our first week here at North Fistral has been phenomenal!!!

Despite two days of strong, tiring winds and wet trousers, we were spoiled with pink sunsets, massive waves, sea dips, cold buckets, fires outside the sauna and happy,relaxed guests!!!

Thank you so much everyone, old and new, for following us to this special place in Newquay!!!

We LOVE it here and hopefully so do you!!!

See you soon for some heat and a good old sweat at Olla Hiki!!!
