What is it like to have a beach sauna?

It’s windy.
It’s hard at times.
You have to be resilient.
Your endurance is tested.

BUT it’s all WORTH for those moments when the Spring sun is gently shining her rays into your little face.

Grateful again and again to be able to do what we do.

After a sauna session most people like to cool down with fresh water from our bucket (or the sea!).

Some like to be in control and do it themselves.
Others prefer to be surprised and ask their friends.

One thing is for sure- it’s cold and so refreshing!

If you want to experience sauna on a deeper level- this is your sign!

Imagine fresh, warm leaves on your skin, aromas of fire and trees surrounding you, steam, warmth, scrubs and honey on your skin, fresh fruits to rehydrate and of course- refreshing ocean dips to feel alive, wild and new born.

Every day can be the opportunity to do something slightly different.
Maybe the tiny change of habits.
Step by step.
To see if the NEW feels good and even better.

Maybe set your alarm slightly earlier tomorrow. Stretch. Enjoy your tea or coffee by the window. Put some layers on and wander down to the beach to watch the sun rise or to witness the World slowly waking up.

Then step in to the warmth of our sauna. Relax your body. Lean back.
And start your day with intention and a calm mind.

We’re officially starting a new event series!

We (.with.siobhan and I/ Sarah) are super excited to start a series of special events at the end of April!

The experience is called „Sound Bath in a Cave & Sauna“.

As the title is suggesting we will meet in a cave (Little Fistral for now) and listen to Siobhan‘s sound magic- all super cosy and wrapped up in blankets.
Then we walk over to the sauna and warm up thoroughly for 1.5hrs.

This is going to be soooo special!

Join me for a beautiful sauna ceremony!

In three weeks time I will make my way up from Cornwall to the beautiful community sauna .somewhere.sauna in Devon to offer a calming and life affirming sauna ceremony!

I invite you with everything you are and step with me into the heat.

Through four rounds of hot and cold we will explore meditation, traditional leaf whisking with oak and birch leaves, exfoliating our skin with homemade scrubs, enjoying fresh fruits in the sauna, trying a detoxifying clay mask and many more little surprises.

Lean back, close your eyes and experience a heart warming, deep and also fun ceremony that will leave you feel calm, invigorated and alive.

When: Sunday, 2nd May

Come and join us for a wonderful Saturday morning on Jules‘ land in Colan near Newquay!

Jules will show you around her beautiful herb garden will take you foraging for herbs to detox your body and prepare you for the new season.

You will then make a special tonic for detoxification and digestion, followed making a healthy smoothie with some of the foraged plants.

We’ll enjoy a light lunch together before Sarah takes you down to the woodland sauna where she will spoil you with a 2hrs Sauna Ceremony.
This will include scrubs, leaf whisking with warm, floppy leaves, steam, river dips, fresh fruits, songs and more…

A wholesome and grounding way to start into the new season!
