I’m not a natural cold water swimmer…

The ice cold sea in Winter feels brutal to my whole system and it takes me a long time to warm up again.

But the sauna makes it all possible. My body is longing to cool down after a hot, steamy session and I can actually fully embrace the cold.

I never stay in the water for long and you don’t have to either.
We always advice our guests: „ Listen to your body and see what it needs today.“

Sauna and cold water swimming is not about breaking records, it’s about feeling yourself and accepting where you are today.

Waking up with the day…..

We know- staying cuddled up in bed for another hour can feel soooo good and sometimes,especially in Winter, we need this extra bit of sleep.

But other days we just need to do it, get out of the house, wander the empty streets of Newquay, greet random strangers…and make our way down to the quiet space of the sauna where whispers and warm steam welcome us….
