What is Holistic Health?
Holistic therapy focuses on the person as a whole, recognising the multidimensional aspects of wellness: physical, emotional, social, spiritual and intellectual.
All elements, ✨mind,body+soul✨must be considered to promote optimal health and wellness. When one part is ignored, the entire system becomes imbalanced.
Derived from ancients eastern practises, some as old as 5,000 years, holistic therapy uses:
• whole medical systems •interventions of the mind,body and spirit
•body based approaches
•biology based therapies
•energy therapies
It focuses on helping clients to help heal themselves through:
•education on lifestyle changes and self care
•therapies and treatments
•changing their diet and exercise
•spiritual coaching
