One of my FAVE Skills…
I like to flow between things when I do Calisthenics 🌊
This is what some of the more advanced crew at Shiva have been learning on Saturdays 📈
These help with building transition, muscle up and lever strength 💪🏼
3 seperate Ring Muscle Ups have been unlocked lately in classes 😱
So stoked for everyone who’s getting stuck in at all levels… with Calisthenics there’s always a Progression you can do 👊🏻
1. Strict Ring Lever - Muscle Up
2. Banded Lever - Muscle Up
3. Ring Inverted Deadlift
4. Bar Inverted Deadlift
I put these up so people from classes and 1:1’s can have something to reference 🤙🏻
