Are you relatively strong? 💪🏼
There’s a few things I like to be fit for:
1. Life - easier when you’re strong, mobile & resilient 🧜🏼♂️
2. Cali - Push Ups, Pull Ups, Squats, Lunges… = Basic Foundational Movement Movements - you’re an Ape 🦧
3. Surfing - unstable piece of foam in water requires stability, strength and mobility 🏄🏼♂️
4. BJJ - strength at range, resilience, body awareness 🥷🏼
5. Mental/Physical/Emotional State - work on your Body as it creates discipline/devotion and will help with purpose - life cleans up when we internally clean up🧘🏼
Cali & Movement is simple and anyone can start - knowing you can lift yourself up is seriously empowering 🐉
