Such beautiful words from one of my regular clients. 😊✨ In addition to being incredibly heartwarming to hear, they also made me reflect for a moment on the services I deliver.
Often when people enquire about my massage services, I reply simply with 'I do Swedish and Indian Head Massage', knowing full well that, although those are the techniques which I studied, what I deliver is SO much more than that, yet I never quite have the words to explain.
So here's an attempt at putting my practice into words...
First off: I pour my heart and soul into each and every session. Whilst that may not suit the traditional business model, (nor may it deliver any greater financial reward), I cannot begin to comprehend an alternative way of operating.
Healing others is my
P U R P O S E.
It is W H O I A M...
.. to do so without love and focused intentions is, in my opinion, not true healing at all.
The difference it makes to the clients experience is so beautifully tangible, it is always worthwhile.
But it is not only that...
Each client interaction is an
E N E R G Y E X C H A N G E.
In preparation for each client I rid myself of the negative and raise my vibration- allowing me to work energetically with my clients. Removing the darkness and bringing the light, both physically and emotionally.
Each session begins with an
I N D E P T H
C O N S U L T A T I O N ; giving the client an opportunity to open up about problem areas so we can delve deep into the R O O T
C A U S E S.
Once I begin each massage, I tune into the clients body-tapping into an I N T U I T I V E
A P P R O A C H to healing. This allows me to pick up on the subtle signs of the body which the client themselves may not even be aware of.
Together, these guide the massage and inform the advice I share once the session is over- where I take a moment to share several H O L I S T I C approaches which the client can use to further support the problem areas which were brought into focus throughout the session.
