The weather forecast for this weekend calls for frolicking and connection☀️

There are a few spaces available for this Saturdays yoga foundations, located in the yoga garden in Wesley yard!
Come along and move and soothe your body and mind in a safe space free from expectations

Class is suitable for all levels, we focus on the foundations of yoga and person centred practice - flexibility or strength is not necessary, but I can’t promise it won’t be a result!😁

Tomorrow is the last yoga foundation class of the year!

We will say Bon voyage to 2023 with some gentle dynamic movement, stretching and strengthening our bodies before entering a new year!

Class is suitable for all levels, even if you have never stepped foot in a yoga class before. Aiming to find our own personal expressions and soothe our bodies by showing up for ourselves and each other. No fuss, just yoga❤️

Picture is of three of the incredible people who has consistently showed up with me this year, allowing me to be part of their lives and practice. They hold such a dear space in my heart, I love my little yoga family and there is always space for you❤️
