The therapy studios are in the centre of Newquay and consist of two therapy rooms and a large space that is ideal for classes and workshops.
They can be rented adhoc or on a regular basis
There is availability atm to rent the larger of the therapy rooms for £35 a day.
Availability atm is Thursday to Sunday, or outside of these days the other room can be rented adhoc, message me to find out more and take a look around

A space has become available to rent a room on a regular basis Monday to Wednesday all day- £50 a week.
The therapy studios are in the centre of Newquay and suitable for all types of therapy.
If this doesn't suit you then the other room is still available to book on an ad-hoc basis, message to find out more or take a look around.
There is also a large room ideal for classes.

I'm pleased to announce that Tamlyn will be holding pole flow classes at the studios
Mondays 5pm-8pm

POLE FLOW NEWQUAY

The classes are designed to give the highest attention to all students; that is why classes will only ever have a maximum of 4 students per session. This ensures a more private approach to classes, whereby the instructor can focus more on the individual, and mistakes don’t get lost in a large group, allowing you to improve at a quicker pace.

In this class you will learn contemporary dance inspired sequences and moves designed to increase your pole flow whilst also learning how to connect with the music.

It is a safe and empowering space for you to explore your individuality and learn the incredible ways in which your body can move.

PRICING

£10 Trial Class/First Class (One off)

£10 per class if you book 4 classes upfront (Must be used within 3 months)

£12 per Drop In class

£20 per private class

Are you looking for a space to hire in Newquay at the weekend?

Maybe for a pop up shop, walk in clinic, craft fayre.

As the studios are quiet at the weekend I'm going to be offering out exclusive use on a Saturday and Sunday at a reduced cost.

Hire costs on one room for half the day approx 9-2 or 2-7 (can be flexible with times) for £25 or half day for entire space including two therapy rooms and large space for £50.

Full day costs £40 for one room and £90 for exclusive hire of whole space.
