Do you have a young person (17+) who’s finding life a bit overwhelming right now?
Maybe they’re feeling stuck, anxious, or struggling to leave the house. Maybe they’re neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, or a gamer who finds the online world safer than the real one. Or maybe they’re creative but don’t know how to express what’s going on inside.
I’m a local counsellor (2B Frank Counselling) offering flexible, down-to-earth support for young people who don’t feel like they fit the mould.
I specialise in working with:
• Neurodivergent young people (I’m neuroaffirming and trauma-informed)
• LGBTQ+ and transgender young people (I’m fully affirming and inclusive)
• Creative teens who want to use art as part of their therapy
• Gamers and those who prefer online spaces to real life
• Anyone who finds it hard to leave the house – I offer online and in-person sessions
If your child needs someone who “gets it” and offers support without judgement or pressure, I’d love to hear from you.
Feel free to drop me a message, follow me at 2B Frank Counselling, or check out my website for more info.
Let’s help your young person feel seen, heard, and supported – just as they are.
