I’m still alive!! 🤣🤣
I’ve been somewhat quiet for a little while of late - let’s just say there’s been a LOT going on!! Crazy times!
But I’ve got news….
The lovely is handing me the reigns of her Monday evening 8pm class at Atlantic Reach (she’s literally flying high with epic adventures - Good Luck Jen!!)
You’ll see her again - she’ll be my first reserve 😝

It’s been a loooooong time since I’ve been active on my Facebook!!
This year has been a mental, physical and emotional rollercoaster of a ride….. my feet haven’t touched the ground at work and my head and heart have been challenged by some seriously difficult personal experiences!
But it’s time to adopt the attitude of the warrior and move forward with a new perspective 💪🏼
