Weight training doesn’t have to mean the gym.

Lifting kids, gardening, hiking, carrying the weekly shop - that is strength training. We just need to do more of it. Especially over 40.

And no, you don’t have to love the gym. The gym isn’t for everyone. There’s so much you can do at home or in your garden - with a few pointers on what to do and how much.
