We visit you with all the right equipment to allow you to reach your fitness and weight loss goals. CSfitness, personal home training is an exciting and unique service which brings a personal trainer direct to YOUR HOME. The Personal Trainers will customise a training regime to meet your personal goals. All equipment will be supplied such as Kettle bells , Resistance bands, boxing gloves/mitts, dumbbells and much much more. The equipment will be bought to your home where you can train in comfort and privacy, the personal touch will allow you to stay active and motivated. Personal training session will also be available outside of your home whether you enjoy a brisk walk along one of the many coastal paths or a jog on the beach or even cycling. We are a flexible service which fits around your busy daily schedule, the personal trainer is available from 6am to 10pm 7 days a week. Book A session
