The temperatures may be low 🥶 but the rain has cleared! We wish everyone a happy new year and what better way to blow off the cobwebs then a bit of exploring around Kernow.

We are planning ahead for 2025 and are finalising our first staff induction of the year. We’re excited to welcome a new group of team members on Monday 6th January 🌟

Our BCBA & RBT team at their final team meeting of the year! In the meeting they all did some role play impromptu speeches responding to difficult conversations with staff/managers, they also looked at an ethics scenario and a group discussion on client dignity. Great work everyone 💚🎄💚
