Please get in touch to make an appointment. Pilates is a complete body work out which builds core strength, stamina and flexibility through low impact conditioning exercises. Regular practise of pilates transforms poor posture and ensures muscles are doing the right job, which helps to ease the stress and strains of everyday life on the body. Sports massage is unique to each individual, as each session will be tailored to your specific injury, muscle tension, event preparation or recovery. Sports massage is beneficial for people with injuries, chronic muscular or joint pain, or restricted range of movement. This treatment focuses on healing pre-existing problems/injuries or preventing future injuries. It uses a combination of Swedish massage, deep tissue massage and manipulation techniques. It helps to alleviate the stress and tension which builds up in the body's muscles during physical and everyday activities.
