Sports massage is unique to each individual, as each session will be tailored to your specific injury, muscle tension, event preparation or recovery. Sports massage is beneficial for people with injuries, chronic muscular or joint pain, or restricted range of movement. This treatment focuses on healing pre-existing problems/injuries or preventing future injuries. It uses a combination of Swedish massage, deep tissue massage and manipulation techniques. It helps to alleviate the stress and tension which builds up in the body's muscles during physical and everyday activities.
