My name is Donna and I have 20 years experience working with private clients. I opened Newquay Therapy Centre ten years ago and during that time I have helped 1000's of individuals overcome a wide range of challenges and emotional issues. I also teach practitioners, so I hold a wealth of knowledge around mental and emotional health, trauma, depression, overwhelm and dis-empowerment. I have gone very deep into what causes these things at the root and developed therapeutic approaches, programmes and courses to help others understand the cause of why they experience these challenges and struggles.

Depression & Trauma

At my lowest point, after almost twenty years of depression cycles, I genuinely didn’t think I could carry on. I didn’t want to be here. Little did I know that just a few weeks later my life would change forever, as I finally found something that truly worked.

Since then, I have spent fifteen years developing and creating pathways to help individuals move through depression and trauma to rediscover themselves.
