Good Medicine in Challenging Environments is an annual event aimed at bringing together healthcare professionals and students from all disciplines across the Southwest and nationally to learn and practice medicine in challenging environments with the end goal of improving the care of our patients. History

Good Medicine first started in 2015 when the Peninsula Wilderness & Expedition Medicine Society approached Brian Adamson who enthusiastically organised the first event teaching medical and paramedic students practical skills. Ever since Good Medicine In Challenging Environments has continued to grow and develop, becoming bigger and better each year. We aim to run a annual weekend at the Newquay harbour and welcome anyone interested to join our page and watch this space!
