MATRESCENCE MORNING

Motherhood is a wild ride.

I’m passionate about creating spaces in beautiful places for mums to s l o w it all down.

A chance to go a little deeper, to spend a little longer, to find a little more.

Matrescence Morning will begin with a mother’s circle, sharing cacao and stories and gently settling in together before we turn our attention to the babies.

I will lead a baby massage session combining soothing touch and nervous system regulation techniques to support our babies’ emotional and physical development. 

There will be an invitation to explore the beautiful Morrab Gardens (and maybe the babes will take the opportunity to nap) before we regroup for a creative maternal journaling workshop where we will reflect on this chapter of your motherhood journey.

The morning will finish with a delicious catered lunch courtesy of Little Nook and cookies from Milk It Bakehouse .it.bakehouse

All set in the truly magical Garderners’ House A peaceful sanctuary nestled in Morrab Gardens, Penzance.

The fantastic folks at Newquay Lighthouse have agreed to another parenting and baby friendly screening of The Devil Wears Prada 2. 💃🍿👶🏻

These are relaxed screenings, keeping the lights up a little more, the sound down a bit and the full expectation that your babe will chat/cry/need feeding/rocking and that’s a-okay.

This gentle evening is an invitation to slow down, pause and connect to yourself and others in your pregnancy.

We will:

✨ get creative, making some colourful pages to explore your pregnancy as you move towards birth
✨ share sweet treats and tea together
✨ and finish with some hypnobirthing relaxation to help you find calm confidence
