BABY MASSAGE FOR DADS & PARTNERS

Following a sell out first go… I’ve secured another date for this special edition Baby Massage specifically for Dads and Partners.

The idea of this session was born out of the lack of spaces for dads/partners to spend 1:1 time with their little ones; learning techniques to support their baby’s development whilst getting a chance to meet and share with others.

Whilst also giving the mums some down time to rest, to recharge, to drink a hot drink that stays hot.

A Note for Mums: Enjoy this time for you. If you’d like to be close by for feeds/cuddles, there is a gorgeous cafe on site and you’re welcome pop in and out of the session as needed/wanted.

Pop your pjs on, get cosy and join me from the comfort of your sofa as I guide us through some calming breathwork, a series of creative exercises to help you explore your pregnancy & birth and finishing with a deeply nourishing relaxation script written and read by me.

This week’s session will see us have a go at some freewriting. Encouraging us to write without filtering as we explore a series of prompts inspired by poet and playwright
