Hey sorry we don't write much on here but always fully booked. Word of mouth works best in Newquay. Wish days were longer, weeks were forever and months everlasting as time seems to go too fast and so much to do.

New 'Unworkout' programme is now available.....how to let go of hidden tension and realign in a few easy stages for you to learn in your regular yoga class or in a private one to one and then take home with you.

Woo hoo I'm now qualified in Hormonal Bowen techniques for re-balancing aspects of the reproductive and neurological system for both men and women. Great for pmt, menopause, fertility problems, pregnancy, bladder issues, enlarged prostates, low libido..... Etc etc

Bowen is soooooo good at Hayfever relief with just 3 treatments before the season starts. It HAS to be better than lots of chemicals!
