Skin Radiance was developed & founded by Claire Connelly, Registered Nurse & Independent Prescriber, RN, BSc (Hons) & NIP in 2012. Claire studied her Foundation and Advanced training in Aesthetic Injectables with a leading UK Cosmetic & Plastic Surgeon in Buckinghamshire and Harley Street, London. Claire continued to develop her passion for aesthetic nursing skills by completing a range of Skin Rejuvenation training in London along with Spa, Beauty & Holistic services to add to her treatment menu.
Claire graduated from the Queens Medical Centre, University of Nottingham in 2004 and has 16 years experience working in the NHS as a Staff Nurse, Health Advisor, Deputy Department Leader, Specialist Nurse and Nurse Manager along with 7 years experience as an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner at Skin Radiance. Claire actively seeks professional development opportunities to update and enhance her skills at regional and national level by conferences, meetings, peer reviews and courses. Claire is an active member of the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses and the Aesthetic Complications Expert Group practicing in accordance with local and national policies and guidelines.
Claire commenced her aesthetic career in the Midlands and proudly still treats her original client base. Upon moving to Cornwall in 2017, Claire has quickly developed a client base throughout Cornwall, Isles of Scilly and Devon. Claire is delighted to deliver all treatments and offers a wide range of carefully selected Aesthetic, Skin, Spa, Holistic Therapies & Beauty Treatments and is based in Newquay, Cornwall.
