Exercises to help open up the upper body. More often then not we have rounded shoulders, restricted thoracic rotation and upper body tension.

Repeat exercises on both sides
1. Seated thoracic rotation
2. Thread the needle
3. Wall thoracic rotation
4. Arm circles
5. Doorway stretch
*exercises completed at your own risk
