I am delighted to be hosting a Full moon, cacao ceremony and naked swim at The Zen Den on Friday the 9th September.
These events are quite magical.
I am honoured to be able to create space for beautiful women to feel safe to be raw, vulnerable, authentic and connect with there fellow moon sisters.
As always there will be singing, powerful Shakti warrior dancing,cacao drinking, meditations,sharing circles and of course the cleansing and liberating naked swim .
We will also hold a powerful burning ceremony to release anything that no longer serves us,as we watch the moon rise over the dreamy Watergate Bay.

I 've spent the last year studying, soul searching ,doing courses ,getting rid of my negative and limiting beliefs and using my friends as human guinea pigs and now I am qualified Eft and Matrix Reimprinting practioner !!💗
