The good news? You don’t always need to carve out extra time, join a gym, or lie on the floor doing unfamiliar moves...not in many cases anyway!

You can get relief, build strength, and feel better just by tweaking how you move during your normal day — things like:
✅ Changing how you stand
✅ Adjusting how you walk
✅ Reaching differently
✅ Sitting with better support

It’s not about doing more — it’s about doing things smarter. Your everyday movements are your therapy. 💪

Come for an assessment and let’s get things prescribed from there — simple, doable, and completely tailored to you. Heron Tennis and Ace Tennis Coaching & Academy

When dealing with shoulder impingement, raising your arm around or above 90° can actually worsen the inflammation, especially if the supraspinatus tendon is already irritated.

🧠 I see a lot of well-meaning advice online that skips the key detail: timing and context matter.
What works later in rehab can make things worse if done too early.

✅ A smart shoulder rehab plan respects the healing process.
❌ Random overhead movements don’t.

📍If your shoulder's not improving — or flaring up more after exercises — it might be time to reassess. I'm here at Newquay Injury Hub to help you get it right.

Yes, rehab for this kind of injury can take time — but here's the good news:
✅ You don’t always need weekly sessions
✅ With the right plan, spaced-out check-ins can be enough to guide progress and avoid flare-ups

🚨 Don’t delay — untreated impingement can sometimes lead to myositis ossificans (when your body starts laying down bone in the wrong place 😬).

**What sets Newquay Injury Hub apart?** 🧠💬

Trust. It’s everything.
Injury treatment isn’t just hands-on — it’s a partnership. When a patient truly trusts their practitioner, recovery becomes faster, smoother, and far more effective. And at Newquay Injury Hub, **that trust is never rushed**.

⏱️ While treatment sessions are 30 minutes, I will *never* hurry you out the door. If it takes longer to make sure everything is clear, understood, and effective — then that time is yours, free of charge.

👂 I take time to **listen**, to understand your story, and to treat you as an individual — not just a condition.

This is care without a stopwatch.
This is what real diagnosis, treatment and rehab looks like.

**📍When Should You Visit Newquay Injury Hub?**

Not sure if that ache or pain is worth getting checked out? Here are 6 signs it’s time to book in with Newquay Injury Hub — your local specialist for muscle, joint, and movement issues:

🌀 **1. Pain That Won’t Shift**
Pain lasting more than a few weeks? Don’t ignore it — it could be an underlying issue that needs attention.

🔁 **2. Reoccurring Pain or Tightness**
If the same area keeps flaring up, it’s time to find the root cause — not just manage symptoms.

🚫 **3. Limited Movement**
Struggling to fully move a joint? This could be more than stiffness — and the earlier it’s treated, the better.

📉 **4. Declining Performance**
Not hitting, lifting, running, or recovering like you used to? Small issues can lead to bigger setbacks if left untreated.

⛓️ **5. Constant Stiffness**
Daily stiffness might feel normal — but it often signals poor mobility or compensation patterns.

😴 **6. Can’t Sleep on One Side**
If a sore hip, back, or shoulder is keeping you up, it’s time to get it assessed properly.
