Come join us 💗

Kīrtan for Mā́. 7:30-830pm on Sunday 15th March (oops I put the wrong time on the last post sorry!)

Join us as we honour the sacred essence of Mā́.

Though it is Mother’s Day, this gathering transcends physical motherhood and gender — it is a heartfelt celebration of Mā́ in all her divine forms.

Together, we will immerse ourselves in the sacred vibrations of sound and devotion, opening a space for joy, connection and reverence.

To finish you will be gently guided into Savasana, where we will share the Mahāmṛtyuñjaya Mantra, a prayer for healing and liberation.

“The word kirtan comes from the Sanskrit "kirt," meaning "to praise" or "glorify." A kirtan is a call-and-response chanting practice where a leader sings a mantra or devotional phrase, and the community responds in unison. It's participatory, joyful, and designed to create a collective spiritual experience.” (Krishna Music School)

This is a free event but donations are welcome

When and I started planning our retreat at St Nectans Glen we debated whether it would be ok bring together Goddesses that are traditionally celebrated by different cultures.

But we knew we both believed that all these forms are mirrors for the Goddess already within us, and different representations of something that we all know deep within.

What we found was that by bringing together the Goddesses of yoga with the Celtic Goddesses, this became even more apparent. We found that everything that came through as inspiration when we connected with them, had so many similarities. Rather than division it brought about more of a feeling of connection and unity.

It was nice to then see one of the paintings by artwork Peter Pracownik on the shop that summed up how we felt.

'all faiths are connected by the simplest message of all to love and be loved'

My Classes

Vinyasa is never just a flow with me as i’ll take you on a magical adventure of myth, mudra and mantra, inviting you to move your body in ways you never knew you could. Each class will draw you deep into the yogic stories of gods and goddesses, love and beauty, strength and transcendence, all told through creative movement, music and pranayama.

My classes will challenge and support you on your journey toward both physical and spiritual alignment - and I love to help you uncover your hidden strengths on the way. Yoga philosophy and Vedic mythology have helped me to make sense of who I am on my own path, and I continue to study with passion so I can teach you with devotion.
